Dear Valued Tenants,
It has come to our Landlord’s attention that Let It Direct has not been providing the highest level of service recently to some of our tenants.
We would like to apologise to any tenants who feel that they have not received adequate service from Let It Direct, and to assure you we are currently reviewing and updating all of our internal maintenance and procedures, to bring you the service you deserve.
The Landlord personally meets 99% of all tenants prior to entering in to an Agreement, and all tenants are provided with the Office Manager and Landlord’s contact numbers to contact directly in an event of unsatisfactory service provided by Let It Direct. This service is not currently being utilised by the tenants, so if you feel that you have not been receiving the best service from us, firstly please send a message to Joanne McGuinness Office Manager, and if it is still not resolved contact the Landlord on the number provided.
